1. Business-only agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern use of pdfshiftconverterutility.com and purchases from BubblyBazaar Inc (PDF Shift Converter Utility). The services are offered exclusively to businesses, professional practices, organizations and representatives purchasing primarily for commercial or professional purposes. They are not offered for personal, family or household consumer use. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the purchasing business.

2. Nature of the services

We provide customized document processing services. A purchase is a one-time service order in which the customer submits its own files and instructions and we perform the operations included in the selected service. The purchase does not include SaaS, software access, a dashboard, platform access, a software license, a subscription or recurring billing.

3. Orders and payment

Each order is subject to the service description, capacity limits and price shown at checkout. Payment is due as a one-time charge unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. You must provide accurate business, billing and contact information. We may pause or refuse an order if payment fails, required information is missing, the request appears unlawful or the submitted materials are technically unsuitable for the purchased service.

4. File submission and delivery start point

After checkout, you must submit the files and processing instructions using the order-specific electronic submission method we provide or another method agreed with support. The stated business-day delivery period does not begin at checkout alone. It begins only after successful payment and receipt of all files, instructions, passwords or other information reasonably required to perform the purchased service.

5. File, page and project limits

Every service includes stated maximums for files, pages and, where relevant, projects or document collections. The purchased limit applies to the complete order. If the submitted volume exceeds that limit, we may ask you to reduce the scope, purchase an additional service or approve a separate written quotation before extra work begins.

6. Processing scope and output

We perform only the operations included in the purchased service and the instructions accepted for that order. Depending on the service, work may include document conversion, OCR, searchable-PDF preparation, visible-table extraction, customer-defined field extraction, merge/split, page reordering, file organization, naming, restructuring and output preparation. Processed files are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

7. Accepted formats and technical limitations

PDF and DOCX are supported for applicable conversion workflows. Other source or output formats are handled only where they are stated as supported for the order or confirmed by us before processing. Password protection, corruption, unusual fonts, embedded media, complex forms, handwriting, poor scans or other source conditions can affect processing. OCR and extraction results can contain recognition or structural errors, and the customer must review outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, compliance, customer-facing or other material business decisions.

8. Delivery timeframes

Each service lists a target delivery period in business days. The period starts only after the delivery start point described above. If clarification or replacement files are required, the delivery clock may pause until the missing information is received. We will communicate material issues that prevent processing within the purchased scope.

9. 30-day post-delivery support

Each completed order includes 30 calendar days of post-delivery support measured from electronic delivery. Support covers reasonable questions and correction of issues that fall within the original purchased scope. New processing requirements, additional files or pages, new output formats, major manual corrections or other extra work are not included and require a separate purchase or written agreement.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy. A business customer may request a refund within 30 calendar days after receipt of the order, including where processing has already begun or been completed, as stated in the Refund Policy. Cancellation applies before electronic delivery; after delivery, the refund process remains available during the 30-day refund window.

11. Customer responsibility for submitted files

You represent that your business owns, controls or otherwise has the lawful right and authority to submit every file, image, record, table, signature, personal-data element and instruction provided to us. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions, providing accurate instructions, maintaining your own source-file backups and ensuring that submitted content is lawful and appropriate for processing.

12. Ownership and confidentiality

You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit and of your rights in the delivered customer-specific output. You grant us a limited right to access, copy, transform and otherwise process the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the order, provide support, maintain security and comply with law. We treat submitted business documents as confidential service materials and do not sell them or use them for unrelated commercial purposes.

13. Third-party service providers

We may use reputable third-party hosting, storage, payment, communication, OCR or document-processing providers as subprocessors where reasonably required to perform the service. Those providers receive only the information needed for their function and are subject to their own security, privacy and contractual obligations. Use of internal or third-party technology does not convert the purchased service into software access for the customer.

14. Prohibited submissions and uses

You may not use the website or services for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, fraud, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, illegal personal-data processing or any activity that violates applicable law or another party’s rights. We may refuse or stop processing when we reasonably believe submitted content or instructions create legal, security or abuse risk.

15. Website information and service changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update service descriptions or change future pricing and availability. A paid order remains governed by the scope and price accepted for that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

16. Disclaimer and limitation

Document processing can be affected by source quality and technical format limitations. Except for obligations expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of perfect formatting, perfect OCR recognition, perfect extraction accuracy or suitability for a particular legal, financial, regulatory or operational decision. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected order, except where such limitation is not legally permitted.
