File and page limits are maximums per order. Unsupported, password-protected, corrupted or technically unsuitable files may require clarification or a different service. OCR recognition can vary materially with scan quality, handwriting, image resolution and layout. Table/data extraction includes structural preparation and consistency review, but not full manual verification for accuracy unless that work is separately agreed.
Any work beyond the purchased service—additional volume, new projects, major manual correction, unsupported formats or materially different instructions—requires a separate purchase or written agreement.
